Global hospitality chain, Hilton, wanted to celebrate International Women’s Day with a special suite of content. So, through a series of intimate, honest interviews, Starstruck helped tell the inspiring and personal stories behind London’s only all-female hotel leadership team.
The work included research that polled women’s feelings around flexible working and asked them what was most important to them when looking for a new role. The content we produced matched up this external research with customer surveys and on-camera interviews with Hilton team members.
Part of the #BalanceforBetter campaign, we worked with the brand on a content publishing strategy that delivered maximum impact in realising its ambition to inspire young females considering a career in the hospitality industry.
